GREAT pictures! I know this is only a fraction of what you've taken so far. You weren't kidding about the number of sheep! Beats the numbers we saw in Ireland. The colors of the water is just beautiful. Looks like your tripod is getting lots of action with your night pictures- they're beautiful. Your waterfall picture looks like a postcard. Can only imagine how long it's going to take you to "clean up" your pictures when you get home. Will be real interested to see your HD pictures when you get them done next year.
